Eric and Nathan got to go on the annual Father and Son overnight. They went with Eric's brother Justin and his sons Hyrum and Alec. Nathan and Alec are about 3 months apart and best friends. Nathan will list his friends for me sometimes and it usually goes, Alec, Nana, Claire, Carmel, Alec and Nana. Sometimes he throws in Daddy, but alway Alec and Nana twice.
Anyway, off the boys went to the campsite right by a stream, and a steep hillside that boys like to climb up and throw rocks down.
Nathan was so excited to cook marshmallows over the fire!
Eric told me that the first thing the boys do when they get there is to find a stick, and then you have to hang on to your stick for the whole time.
The Dows and the Dones went a little hike Saturday morning. They even got to forge a river!
One of the sights on the hike was a beehive, just like in Winnie the Pooh!
