Today we celebrated Eric's birthday with my family. We had a great time with dinner and my very first homemade cheesecake ever! It turned out perfectly, I was very excited. Eric chose to have to meatloaf, mashed potatoes and the best gravy ever(thanks Mom!), stuffing, crescent rolls, and carrots. The three carbs cause quite the controversy, but it was a celebration so oh well! Eric was showered with some great gifts including, It's a Wonderful Life, shirts, and a biography on Gordon B. Hinckley. All in all it was a fun time.
